For four decades Garth Anderson enriched the cultural life of our city as a performer, director, writer, theatre-founder and teacher. His consummate artistry and selfless dedication will be missed, but his legacy will live on through all those he inspired.
The Speech and Drama Association was privileged to have Garth as an adjudicator for close to twenty years, during which time he became renowned for the very special way in which he so generously shared his knowledge, and how he loved to warmly encourage the abilities of literally thousands of young people. Flamboyant, passionate, courageous, giving... Garth, may 'flights of angels sing thee to thy rest'.
